With a one-time professional planning fee of $50, you unlock a seamless, detailed travel experience.

Your booking will include the following range of services:

  • No 'cookie-cutter' travel here. I build a day-by-day plan designed specifically for your vibe, combining my 'detail-obsessed' research with the best modern travel tech. You’ll receive a beautifully organized, interactive itinerary that includes all your curated options—hotels, transfers, flights, and tours—in one secure place.

    Every recommendation is hand-selected based on your unique travel style and budget; never automated, never copy-and-paste. You can view, approve, and pay for everything effortlessly, ensuring your planning process is just as seamless as the trip itself.

  • I’m in your corner from start to finish. When you book with me, you’re off the hook for the tedious stuff. I’ll be the one waking up early to handle your pre-check-ins and flight confirmations so you can sleep in.

    If a delay happens or a plan needs changing, I wait on hold so you don’t have to. While I’m navigating the logistics and solving the problem, you can keep enjoying your coffee or your sightseeing. I handle the stress; you handle the memories.

  • One of the biggest advantages of working with a certified advisor is my access to a professional network of global suppliers. While specific extras like room upgrades, early check-ins, or resort credits are subject to availability and never guaranteed, I have the tools to hunt for 'hidden' perks and specialized rates that often aren’t visible to the general public.

    I leverage my industry relationships to advocate for the best possible value for your stay, often securing 'little extras' that you simply won't find by booking through a standard search engine.

  • Navigating the 'fine print' of travel (international or otherwise) can be overwhelming, but you won't have to do it alone. I provide comprehensive guidance on all necessary travel documents, including passport validity, visa requirements, and specific entry regulations for your destination. I’ll ensure you know exactly what you need and when you need it, so you can head to the airport with total confidence that your paperwork is as ready as you are.

Planning Fee: The $50 professional planning fee is non-refundable and covers the time, research, and custom design of your itinerary. This fee is due prior to the booking of the trip.

Cancellations: Travel by Breezy does not charge a separate cancellation fee; however, please be aware that third-party suppliers (such as hotels, airlines, and tour operators) have their own cancellation policies and fees. Clients are responsible for any costs imposed by these suppliers.

Travel Perks: While I leverage my industry relationships to secure the best possible value, specific perks such as room upgrades or early check-ins are subject to supplier availability and are never guaranteed.

Documentation: While I provide guidance on passports, visas, and entry requirements, it is the traveler's ultimate responsibility to ensure they possess the valid legal documentation required for their destination.

Every great trip starts with a conversation. We’ll discuss your dream destination, travel style, and "must-have" experiences. This is where I learn what makes a vacation perfect for you, whether it’s a packed itinerary of adventure or a total focus on relaxation. I take these details and begin the groundwork for your custom plan.

2- Expert Research & Tailored Quotes

After our initial consultation, I perform extensive research to find the best value and most unique experiences for your specific dates. I will present you with a selection of curated quotes for accommodations and transportation that align with your budget and preferences. At this stage, we can refine the options until the vision for your trip is exactly right.

3- The Planning Investment & Booking

Once you’ve selected your ideal quote, the $50 professional planning fee is due. This fee officially secures my services as your dedicated travel advocate. I then handle the entire booking process—managing reservations, coordinating deposits, and communicating directly with suppliers to ensure every detail is locked in and confirmed.

4- Interactive Itinerary & Trip Preview

Once your bookings are confirmed, the excitement truly begins. You’ll receive a beautifully organized, interactive itinerary that serves as your personal reference guide. This isn't a rigid schedule you’re forced to follow; instead, it’s a day-by-day (and/or hour-by-hour) curated layout of your trip.

While your specific flight times, check-in/out details, and pre-booked activities are clearly marked, the rest is filled with hand-selected recommendations for dining, sightseeing, and local gems. You have the freedom to follow the plan exactly or simply use it as inspiration for where the day takes you.

5- Departure & On-Trip Advocacy

From the moment you leave until you return home, you are never traveling alone. I handle the pre-trip logistics, like monitoring flight changes and managing pre-check-ins, so you can head to the airport stress-free. If a delay occurs or a plan needs to change while you’re on the road, I wait on hold with the suppliers for you. I solve the problems behind the scenes so your vacation stays a vacation.

Even after you’ve returned, our journey isn't quite over. I’ll check in a few days after your trip to ensure everything went smoothly and to hear about your favorite moments. Your firsthand experience helps me refine my "insider" knowledge, ensuring that I’m always recommending the very best for you and my future travelers.
